Neem Cake is produced entirely from seeds of the neem tree, contains a high percentage of organic nitrogen that improves soil structure, repels soil-dwelling insects, and positively influences the absorption of nutrients, particularly nitrogen and iron.
Excellent results can be obtained by mixing Neem Cake with other organic fertilizers such as seaweed, peat, organic humates (fulvic and humic acids), and seed meals such as "castor cake," as well as by mixing it with inorganic nitrogen fertilizers like urea and other complex fertilizers for the controlled release of nitrogen to plants (in a 1:4 ratio) (nitrification inhibitor), which improves their absorption.
