The Lumatek 315W 4200K CMH Agro Lamp is a pulse-start lamp designed for use with the Lumatek 315W CMH electronic ballast and is built using high-quality ceramic arc tube technology and a specific gas mix that creates a light output with an optimal spectrum for plant growth.
CMH technology creates high-energy PAR/PPF levels with low heat, providing a full spectrum that is very close to sunlight, producing healthier plant growth and higher yields. With a CRI (Color Rendering Index) > 90%, CMH is perfect for growing high-quality produce and extracting essential oils. Lumatek double-ended (DE) ceramic metal halide lamps (also known as CMH/CDM/LEC) are available in 4200K Vegetative and 3100K Agro CCT formats.
The PCA ceramic arc tube allows for operation at high internal temperatures, increasing color rendering and efficiency. The PCA resists interaction with the chemicals inside the tube, which stabilizes the chemical mix for the life of the lamp, thereby improving color consistency and PAR/PPF level maintenance. Pulse-start technology allows for very fast start-up and restrike times, longer lamp life, and better light output maintenance.
