Marix Discs are designed to fit the 1Pot system, the easy2grow kit, and the 2Pot extension trays for extending the easy2grow kit.
These discs are black and are placed inside the pot. The purpose of the Marix Disc is to prevent compost or soil from leaving the pot, keeping the system clean and the AQUAvalve free of debris. They will also provide minimal protection against escaping roots.
Although Marix discs will last for several seasons, it is advisable to replace the discs at the start of each season; this will prevent the transfer of any disease if present.
