SuperPlant CFL Agro 125-200-250-300W. The SuperPlant CFL AGRO bulb lamp has been designed to further reduce energy consumption while maintaining the same light output! “SuperPlant” was founded in England with the stated goal of creating high-quality CFL lamps capable of meeting the needs of small and medium-sized growers across Europe. To achieve this goal, the creators of SuperPlant established a close network of collaborations with major research laboratories in the United States based in California, a state known for being at the forefront of developing technologies dedicated to "indoor growing". During the design of this line of lamps, SuperPlant researchers asked themselves what the most important features a CFL lamp dedicated to indoor horticulture should possess:
  • reduced energy consumption despite high lumen output;
  • light spectrum that stimulates photosynthesis as much as possible and is suitable for all stages of plant life, from germination to flowering;
  • energy efficiency;
  • greater resistance to impact and transport.

How does the SuperPlant CFL AGRO bulb lamp meet these needs?

First and foremost, SuperPlant Eco-Power lamps were designed and built with 4U. SuperPlant researchers have, in fact, demonstrated that the use of 4U optimizes the ratio between energy consumption and light emission: the lamps have an output of 125-200-250-300 Watts against a lower actual consumption. Furthermore, SuperPlant opted for what turned out to be the most effective color temperatures for indoor cultivation: 2100°K, 2700°K, 6400°K. These colors include the peak light wave absorption by plants, which use this energy for anabolic processes: formation of cellular components, formation of new tissues, and energy supply.
