An adequate supply of Calcium and Magnesium is vital to optimize the nutrition of fast-growing plants. It helps prevent secondary element deficiencies, supports growth and fruiting, and prevents blossom end rot and tip burn in many particularly intensive crops such as tomatoes and lettuce.
Terra Aquatica Calcium Magnesium provides Calcium and Magnesium in a bioavailable, pure, soluble formula that will not clog drippers. It can be used with most feeding regimens.
Calcium Magnesium can also help counterbalance Calcium absorption when growing in coco using organic fertilizers, or when expanding compressed coco.
Be careful not to use with Terra Aquatica Soft Water formulas, DualPart Coco, or NovaMax: they already contain enough Calcium even for reverse osmosis water systems.
All Terra Aquatica coco products are pre-washed and stabilized; you can grow straight out of the bag without further treatment.
Dosage:
Use 1 to 1.5 ml/L for most applications, including organic and highly demanding crops.
With reverse osmosis water, add 1 ml/L before adding fertilizers.
When growing in coco, using prepared soil or mixes with inert substrates, or expanding compressed coco, use 1 to 1.5 ml/L to wet the substrate until saturated, then add the nutrient solution at the same rates for the first 2 weeks. Continued use may be beneficial for fast-growing annuals.
