The Zeus 2.9 series is a range of grow lights that uses high-quality Lumatek drivers and latest-generation high-efficiency top-bin LEDs from Osram and Lumileds. The Clear Glue protective cover technology on the LED bars allows for improved light transmission (up to 99%) without loss, increased corrosion resistance, and high diode longevity. For basic maintenance, clean the bars with damp cotton.
The series-connected LEDs create evenly diffused light at a short distance from the crop, allowing for lighting in multi-layer cultivation systems, single benches in low rooms, and grow tents. The high-efficiency, low-power LED bar configuration reduces the fixture's temperature, improving output and light maintenance.
Zeus 1000W Xtreme PPFD CO2 is a linear multi-light bar fixture that produces 2925 µmol/s PPF with an efficacy of 2.9 µmol/J.
The use of CO2 with the Zeus 1000W Pro is optional; when not used, it is necessary to maintain a greater distance between the light and the canopy, ensuring optimal PPFD levels based on the growth stage. Without CO2, the coverage area is up to 1.8m² but with lower PPFD intensity levels. The supplemental use of CO2 in the controlled environment can significantly improve crop yield if used correctly. As a rule of thumb, once PPFD levels exceed 1000 µmol/s/m², you are at a 1:1 ratio with CO2 PPM - up to 1500. Therefore, with a max PPFD = 1500 µmol/s/m², CO2 would be 1500 PPM (slightly lower, 1400 PPM might be better to start).
Lumatek LED fixtures can be fully controlled with the Lumatek Control Panel or any other control system that uses a 0-10V output signal. If the universal controller has an RJ port interface, it can still work with Lumatek LEDs by using an RJ signal converter to 0-10V control adapter.
