Jiffy peat pellets for germination, help to avoid transplant shock.
Jiffy pellets are made of biodegradable compressed peat; after being immersed in water for a few minutes, they expand, at which point the seed can be placed inside.
Once the seed has germinated, the pellet can be moved and buried completely in the cultivation medium.
Pellet diameter: 3 cm - 4.2 cm.
It is recommended to soak the Jiffy pellets in a pH 6.2 solution for at least three hours.
