Air-Cooled Cooltube Reflector with Wings. What is a CoolTube reflector? It is an air-cooled reflector; it was the first to be released with this functionality, yet it remains the most efficient on the market, designed to cool the heat produced by the lamp. Its Pyrex glass tube shape allows for heat to be dissipated in a very simple way; the lamp with an E40 socket is placed inside it. Thanks to the Cool Tube Reflector, it is possible to bring the lamp closer to the crops without the risk of burning them, actually favoring their development. This is one of the most widely used reflectors for indoor cultivation during the summer. The use of high-intensity lamps such as HPS and MH lamps, especially if they are of medium-to-high wattage, produces an amount of heat that, combined with already high external temperatures, can become uncontrollable and prevent cultivation or seriously damage the harvest. With its simple but efficient shielding and easy heat extraction system, the CoolTube is the most recommended reflector for proper temperature control inside the grow box.
