The Tobacco Shredder Original Quick Grinder Red V.3 Perfect Grind is designed to offer the best possible shredding of your herbs and to facilitate their discharge thanks to its innovative system with a mobile base. Quick Grinder is a fast and easy-to-use tool for crushing herbs. It incorporates an innovative discharge system that allows you to empty its contents very quickly; the two parts close hermetically thanks to a polyethylene sleeve that facilitates their rotation by reducing friction. The position of the teeth has been studied to ensure optimal shredding even with just a few turns and minimal effort.Original Quick Grinder Red Tobacco Shredder Emptying system:
The Quick Grinder features an innovative shredded material discharge system thanks to a steel plate placed at the base of the teeth that rises upon pressing the appropriate button. The system consists of three moving parts (buttons, springs, and plates) and two non-moving parts (body and nails). The Quick Grinder's emptying system consists of a button connected to a disc with a screw; the spring that pushes the disc allows the mechanism to return to its original position automatically. When the buttons are pressed, the disc advances through the nails and pushes all the contents of the Quick Grinder outwards. As you will have understood, the disc is perforated, and the holes are exactly aligned with the grinder's teeth. All components are made of stainless steel, and the entire mechanism can be disassembled and cleaned with the use of a simple flathead screwdriver. The entire grinder is guaranteed for a minimum life of at least two years.

Quick Grinder also includes a polyethylene gasket that ensures a hermetic seal of the grinder, prevents it from opening accidentally, and improves the rotation of the 2 bodies by reducing friction between them. Thanks to the reduced friction, wear on the parts is decreased, avoiding the accidental mixing of paint or microscopic pieces of steel with the shredded herbs.

The particular arrangement of the teeth in the Quick Grinder improves its effectiveness, ensuring optimal shredding with minimal effort. On one side we find the nails arranged every 45°, while on the other they are positioned every 30°; this particular feature prevents more than 4 teeth from aligning simultaneously, facilitating the rotation of the grinder and the shredding of the herbs.
